Due to the Coronavirus, now more than ever people are facing stress, anxiety and feel overwhelmed. It is a perfect time to reach out for help and learn to cope with current crisis. I would like to help you to get back on track. I can guide you and support you through these challenging times. 

When your life is filled with sadness, stress, worry, and confusion, managing your challenges on your own can be very difficult. At times, you feel like no one understands you. You feel that emotions start managing your life and overwhelm you. This may be the time for you to try and benefit from professional help and work on your feelings, emotions, thoughts, and behaviours.

My role as a clinical psychologist is to help assist you in resolving your personal struggles that negatively affect your life and prevent you from achieving your personal goals. My approach is evidence-based, solution-focused, and collaborative. I am committed to providing my clients with a safe, non-judgmental and confidential environment. I have a wealth of experience and passion for helping my clients to foster resilience and thriving. 

My office is conveniently located in Newmarket, Ontario. The clinic is quiet, easily accessible, and comfortable. Free and ample parking is available. Daytime and evening appointments can be requested.

Mission

My mission is to provide effective and evidence-based individual psychotherapy for adults who experience personal challenges and/or mental health related difficulties and strive for well-being, success and personal growth.
